We are a spec ialist personal training and sports coaching consultancy that helps people, who may not have a background in fitness, train to get fitter and prepare to enter sporting events. 

We have a well proven system with that starts by working through the required ranges of motion to support your activity, building stability and flexibility and then strength, power and endurance. Along the way we look at nutrition requirements and assess how your body uses its stores of fat and sugars.

Using NLP coaching techniques we help you become self sufficient in progressing towards your goals and meeting your long term desire to improve your health and fitness.

We take measurements as we go to ensure you reach your goals, whether you would like to enter a fun event or aspire to more serious levels. Maybe you have a dream to run a 5k, or half marathon, ride a charity cycle event, enter a works team challenge or just be the best you can be?

Our forte is to work with people to remove limitations, move-on and get results.

If you would like to train for an event or improve your personal best then I can help you with a customised resistance and CV programme. 


We work together to identify key events and provide specific periodised programmes focussing on each aspect of performance to help you prepare. 


The coaching programmes include monthly testing and reviews so you can see and gain confidence that you are progressing. We also have an all inclusive package that includes your winter training programme, hire of a top of the range Smart Trainer for your training sessions, power testing schedule, pedal stroke analysis and online session logging.

Hello. My name is Simon Kidd. I am a Level 4 qualified personal trainer and massage therapist specialising in sports performance. I am also a qualified Coach with the Association of British Cycling Coaches. You can often find me cycling for pleasure and racing with local clubs. In the winter you may even find me leading indoor cycling classes as I am also a indoor performance cycling instructor.


My background is in Project Management, IT and Electronic engineering so I like numbers and schedules and combine this with my training knowledge to deliver structured training programs to help people like you. I'm not interested in fitness fads and keep to evidence based approaches. Some things work better than others and some things don't at all. Its all about how your body responds.


I trained and practiced Personal Training at the European Institute of Fitness to become a 'Master' level trainer and followed that with additional diplomas in Back Pain Management, Sports Massage, Sports Performance, NLP coaching techniques and Cycle Coaching.

I have helped people from many walks of life in a gym and mobile situation. How can I help you ?
